Workshop:
I am giving a workshop for the American Ceramic Society - Design Chapter, Southern California Section
Saturday, June 28 10am - 4pm
Santa Monica Memorial Park, 1401 Olympic Blvd., Santa Monica, 90404
This workshop will consist of a slide presentation covering: philosophy, design and technique. Furthermore, four hours of demo, the focus of which will be her method of hand building (coil, soft slab, etc) and various surface decoration techniques like: terra sigillata, engobes, decals and tape resist. Samples of all the mentioned techniques will be provided and also handouts with all of the recipes.
